KOFI EBA-MIEZAH POLLEY

Kofi Eba-Miezah Polley, has over a decade diversified experience in varied Social Security Administration positions at Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) and five years’ experience in the financial industry.

Kofi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Universalizing Social Security, from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague Netherlands, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi.

In 2012 Kofi was appointed the General Manager for Universal Pension Masters Trust. At Universal Pension Masters Trust, Kofi built a focus mind-set specifically among the staff. This was evident in the smooth implementation of the company’s Second Tier Pension policies and programmes.

In the financial industry where Kofi worked as the General Manager for JISLAH Financial Services Limited and Wealth Vision Financial Services Limited, he was a valuable contributor to the sales/marketing teams and drove better alignment, on which he revamped innovation on funds mobilization and debt recovery.
